At Black Rock Grill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stone cooking products; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused stone or grill set back into its original protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us without damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping center, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
